
Customer Service learners explore skills needed for working with the public. This includes event planning, food & drinks service, cash handling and working collaboratively. This pathway is a good foundation for those wanting to work in hospitality, retail, tourism and other customer facing roles.
Customer Service learners host frequent coffee mornings to put their skills into practice. From event planning, to creating posters and decor, followed by shopping and serving guests, our Customers Service learners develop a range of skills.
