The duration of a College day is 6 hours and 15 minutes.
Lessons are over 4 days between 9.00am and 3.15pm. Year 1 Learners will attend Tuesday to Friday, and Years 2 & 3 will attend Monday to Thursday.
Animal Care sessions are a full day at Jarrow Hall, with all other scheduled time based at The Eco Centre.
Lessons start at 9.00am prompt, so we expect learners to be ready and prepared to begin work at this time. Learners can access Route2Work College building from 8.45am on College days.
Lunch break is between 12.00pm – 1.00pm during the College week. We have kitchen facilities to heat up food and a fridge to store packed lunch. Learners can also purchase food from the food van that visits The Eco Centre, or are able to go off-site for lunch, if they wish, with prior consent.
Learners are expected to be back on College grounds before afternoon lessons start at 1.00pm. Afternoon lessons finish at 3.15pm.
